...It was May 2001, and Arkansas athletic director Frank Broyles just announced that the Razorbacks would be playing a home-and-home series with the Trojans in 2005 and 2006. At the time, the idea of adding an opponent like Southern Cal to the schedule seemed like a good idea......everybody knew how far the Trojans had come since the days of Paul Hackett. Especially Broyles and Nutt.
Now, almost 64 months after the series between Arkansas and USC was conceived, it’s about to come to an end.
