A changing of the guard - LA Daily News
There's been a change in USC's starting lineup, as junior offensive lineman Drew Radovich overtook Jeff Byers at right guard.

"Drew got elevated. He's had a real good fall camp," offensive line coach Pat Ruel said. "There's good competition at that spot. Opportunities are created every day and you have to seize it."

Radovich made his move following last week's scrimmage. He's been hampered by injuries most of his career. Byers is also working at center as the Trojans try to find a reliable backup to Ryan Kalil.

There has been problems with fumbled snaps during training camp when Kalil is not the center. Nick Howell and Travis Draper are the other candidates...
