Davis needs to take his chances - OC Register
Not a day goes by that one of the fans who line the practice field at USC doesn't wonder when Fred Davis is going to get more action.

The athletic tight end shows flashes of being a downfield threat in the mold of NFL players like Tony Gonzalez or Antonio Gates, but he also has inexplicable lapses. Both were on display Thursday night at the Coliseum when Davis caught two consecutive 30-yard passes to score a touchdown and later dropped an easy throw from John David Booty...
