[Krikorian] Bush saga no biggie - LA Daily News...Inevitably, this intriguing story will fade into oblivion, as the principals will continue to obfuscate and to vehemently deny any wrongdoing while refusing to cooperate with both Pac-10 and NCAA investigators and while the NCAA itself will go into its usual don't-bite-the-hand-that-feeds-it mode in which it will eventually claim it doesn't have enough incontrovertible proof to throw the book at USC.
Actually, the NCAA has a long and inglorious history of tormenting those lower profile schools like, well, Long Beach State, that don't have the proper athletic pedigree and economical muscle...
