"Take their legs," Slauson says - Lincoln Journal Star
One game tape you can be sure the Huskers are looking at this week is that of last year's Oregon State-USC game, won by the Beavers.

Husker offensive lineman Matt Slauson talked some about that game at Tuesday's press conference.

“Our biggest goal is to take their legs,” Slauson said. “Oregon State did well with that. USC came out and they were flying around when you’re watching in the first quarter. Then watching in the fourth quarter, it’s a completely different team.”

Slauson admitted that last year, some Huskers probably went "scared" into the game. He said that fear is gone. He says they learned they can play with USC from that game...
