Cushing returns to practice - Daily Trojan...Sophomore linebacker Brian Cushing, who is recovering from offseason shoulder surgery, returned to action after missing the start of spring. Cushing was expected to miss all of camp, and his rehab is ahead of schedule.
"(The rehab) is tough right now, but I'm adjusting and trying to learn everything I can for right now. I want to get back out on the field as much as I can, go in wherever (USC) coach (Pete Carroll) tells me to," he said.
The Trojans' tremendous depth at linebacker and thin secondary has allowed Carroll to move players around to fill needs...
