Carroll works room as two Trojans win Morris Trophies - Seattle P-I
USC football coach Pete Carroll knows how to work a room, even when that room is deep within Husky Nation.

With former Huskies greats such as Marques Tuiasosopo, Rick Redman and Chuck Nelson in attendance, Carroll spoke to a crowd of about 150 at the Washington Athletic Club on Thursday as the Morris Trophies were awarded to two of his Trojans.

Center Ryan Khalil and nose tackle Sedrick Ellis won the awards, granted annually for the past 27 years to the Pac-10's best offensive and defensive linemen.
